Dog Sizes
Small Dog – Typical weight: up to 10 kg
Examples: Jack Russell, Border Terrier, Dachshund, Pug, Shih Tzu, Maltese, Toy/Small Poodle, Westie
Medium Dog – Typical weight: 10 – 20 kg
Examples: Cocker Spaniel, Springer Spaniel, Border Collie, Bulldog, Beagle, Schnauzer, Staffy, Whippet
Large Dog – Typical weight: 20 – 35 kg
Examples: Labrador, Golden Retriever, German Shepherd, Boxer, Husky, Dalmatian, Large Poodle
XL Dog – Typical weight: 35 kg+
Examples: St Bernard, Newfoundland, Bernese Mountain Dog, Great Dane, Mastiff, Leonberger, Irish Wolfhound
De-matting
If your dog has any knots or matting in their coat, please add this extra so we can allow the correct time to groom them comfortably and safely. Matting can take a lot longer to work through and requires extra care. If your dog arrives with matting and this extra hasn’t been selected, an additional de-matting charge and extra time may still apply on the day (we’ll always let you know before we start).
