Bookings
All appointments are made via our online booking system.
Bookings are subject to availability.
Payments
- Payments are taken securely online via Stripe
- Full payment may be required at the time of booking
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment
- Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full
Appointments
Please ensure:
- Your dog is ready at the scheduled time
- You arrive promptly for drop-off and collection
Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or cancellation.
Pet Welfare
- The health, safety, and wellbeing of your dog is our top priority
- We reserve the right to refuse service if a dog is unwell, aggressive, or poses a risk
Liability
While every care is taken, SJ Dog Grooming is not liable for:
- Pre-existing conditions or health issues
- Reactions during or after grooming
